Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, sometimes unexpectedly. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice at a minimum. This enables us to allocate that time to another patient who may be waiting. As a substantial amount of time is spent the day prior preparing for each client, this 24 hour notice period also ensures that this valuable time is not wasted.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failing to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee. Provided you give us at least 24 hours notice, we will provide a full refund or organise a scheduled appointment at an agreed upon date.
