Services

  • Finding the right practitioner to support you is an incredibly personal journey. During a free 10 minute discovery call , you will have the opportunity to tell us a little bit more about the challenges you are seeking support for, and you can learn more about the specifics of how our clinic works and ask any questions you may have.

  • The initial consultation is chance to gather as much information as possible about you and your current health concerns and goals, as well as some of the key drivers which may be contributing to your current condition. This requires a deep-dive into various body systems, your medical history, family history, diet, and lifestyle. We will also likely analyse any past or present pathology, and undertake relevant physical examinations such as tongue and nail analysis. Some initial dietary, lifestyle, and supplement advice will be discussed at the end of this consultation, further outlined in a treatment plan which you will receive within 36 hours of your consultation. Throughout this initial consultation, we may also identify any additional relevant pathology testing which will aid the success of our treatment.

  • Return consultations will take place 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation.
Throughout this session, we will discuss any results from testing previously undertaken and continue to gather more information about your case. Importantly, it is also an opportunity to answer questions you may have, discuss any obstacles that have arisen, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. This format allows me to bring an evidence-based, in-dept, patient-centric approach to your treatment. Depending on your individual factors, further return consultations are recommended every 2-8 weeks to ensure your short and long term health needs are being maintained.

  • Acute consultation are available for existing patients only.
They are strictly for single symptom concerns for example, recent cold or flu onset, sore throats, acute stress, minor injuries, urinary tract infections, menstrual pain. Detailed treatment plans will not be provided for these appointments, but they may include acute supplementation recommendations, and minor dietary and lifestyle support.
