During a private Zoom consultation
As we do not have full control over systems including but not limited to Simple Clinic, Zoom, or Square, by communicating with us via such platforms, you accept that there is a risk of personal information loss or disclosure for which we will not be held responsible.

Some information may be stored securely online for example via Simple Clinic or Ariyah Health (find out more about their privacy policies below)
For children under the age of 18 years old, information will be collected in the presence of their parents or legal guardians, and with the full consent of their parents or legal guardians.
